About Life/Time CEO

Life/Time CEO's mission is to improve the quality of your life. You gain more personal time and peace of mind by using our premier concierge and organization services.
Elyse Coleman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Elyse Coleman launched Life/Time CEO in 2004 to help busy, time-challenged people simplify their lives by providing concierge and organization services to residents throughout the Mercer County, New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. While she had done similar work with another firm, the idea for her own company evolved from her extensive work experience and her natural bent for organization.
She brings both intellectual and emotional intelligence to her work as well as knowledge of how to motivate and support change. While a professional organizer might be thought of as someone who slashes through clutter with little consideration for individual tastes or personality; this is certainly not so with Elyse.
Her clients benefit from her business background in organizational change and she is influenced by some of the more advanced work in the field of the human dynamics such as The Human Element by Will Schutz, Effective Communication by Chris Argyris, and by Malcolm Gladwell, known for his book The Tipping Point, and most recently Blink.
She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University/NTL Institute for Applied Behavior Science. “I was immediately drawn to the NTL Institute experiential learning model,” says Coleman. What I learned there has significantly influenced how we operate at Life/Time CEO.”
Also significant in Elyse’s background is her 15 years at Trans World Airlines. While at TWA, she was part of an elite team of training specialist responsible for creating and implementing “Vision 2000,” a program that enabled the airline to significantly improve its customer service and satisfaction. A highlight of that career was the Award of Excellence she received in 1994 for her role in safely evacuating 134 passengers from a disastrous runway crash at the Lambert-St. Louis Airport.
As a Program Director at Rutgers University Center For Management Development, Elyse worked with senior and executive level leaders to develop essential skills necessary to lead and renew their organizations. Her work there helped leaders to achieve positive, measurable, and sustainable change.
Elyse is a member of the Business School faculty at Bucks County Community College. She also maintains memberships in a number of professional organizations including International Errand and Concierge Association, Organization Development Institute and Lower Bucks Community Chamber of Commerce. Her office is located in Yardley, Pennsylvania where she and her husband, Paul Dolbec, reside.
